Make skill legible, so who you know matters less than what you can build.
Hiring developers still runs on proxies: a CV, a referral, a whiteboard hour that tests nerves more than craft. Meanwhile the actual evidence, working software written under a deadline and reviewed by someone competent, is thrown away as soon as the interview ends.
We keep that evidence. Every challenge you solve on HackSprint runs in a real environment, against tests you cannot see in advance, on the same clock as everyone else in the event. The result is a record that means something to the next employer who reads it.
Three connected pillars, one platform
A course library with graded exercises that run in the same IDE you compete in, so practice and competition are never two different environments.
Time-boxed hackathons with real briefs, hidden test suites, and organizer review. Every result is scored the same way for everyone in the event.
A verified track record employers can trust, plus a job portal where the work you shipped is the application rather than a paragraph about it.
Principles we design against
A score means nothing if nobody can audit it. Hidden tests, run logs, and integrity signals are all inspectable by the people who need them.
Everyone in a hackathon gets the same brief, the same clock, and the same grader. Fairness is a platform feature, not an organizer chore.
Monitoring only ever starts after someone accepts a dialog that lists exactly what will be captured. Signals inform a human; they never decide alone.
You keep the IP in everything you submit. We license only what we need to run the event you entered.
Shipped, year by year
The people building it
A small team split across Mississauga and Lahore. Most of us were hackathon organizers or competitors first.
Set out to make developer skill something an employer can verify instead of infer.
Owns the competition, review, and hiring surfaces end to end.
Works on the hosted IDE and the grading pipeline behind every submission.
Builds the organizer tooling for events, submissions, and integrity review.
Works across the platform, from workspaces to the job portal.
Works on the platform’s data and reporting layer.
Designs the interfaces builders and organizers spend their day in.
